Translation licensing

Is there a way to add a license to the translation?
In our current tool, a new contributor needs to accept the license (Just a click and a link) before accessing the translation platform, and it is also present on the translation info:

We had some licensing issues in the past and don’t want to repeat them if possible

Am I missing something and there is something similar in Localazy? If not do you think it could be added?
This is really important for us.

Thanks

Hello,
Could you please elaborate on the problem? I understand that you want your translators to give you rights to use their translations in your products, is that correct?

Hi Jan,
Sorry about the delay.

You are right. When a translator contributes to a translation project, it should be clear from the beginning the licensing and the ownership of the translation.
Our previous translation tool had this project setup parameter.

This is a closely related feature:

So, I don’t think this is too complex, and it will save a lot of trouble in the future

  1. Add a licensing dropdown on project creation (and edit, of course :).
  2. New translators must check they accept the license before translating each project.

Thanks,
