The quickest way I’ve found to bulk delete unreviewed translations is to head into the review tool and hold the ‘R’ key to reject them all.
A more intuitive way to remove these suggested translations in bulk would be ideal.
I’m trying to understand the context a little bit. Why do you want to do that?
In situations where a particular translator has made a poor effort, or deciding to re-do bulk pre-translation with a different engine, or starting from scratch.

I agree a kind of “Redo” button that allows me to start from scratch.

We allow for bulk deletion of accepted translations, but I fully agree that we should extend this to bulk edit of any kind of flag - bulk delete of source changed, needs improvement etc., including bulk deletion of proposed (unreviewed) translations.
