I’m sorry, but what is the issue here? 
Isn’t it something in HTML parsing?
From my side if I think as someone who does the translation for the first time I’ll think it should be there.
Is maybe possible to prevent this to happen so instead a " to be regular ’ " ’ quote.
Not a problem for me, but maybe someone will find it as a problem and confusion.
