Hey guys…
I have been using Localazy for a while now to manage translations for a mobile app, and it’s been a great experience so far. However, as the project grows, I’ve noticed that keeping everything updated manually is becoming quite a task. We are pushing regular updates, and every time we add new features, we need to ensure that translations are updated across all languages we support.
I am curious to know how others manage this. Specifically:
- Is there a way to automate the process of detecting and updating new strings? I’ve seen the auto-import feature, but I’m not sure how it works when there are regular updates coming in from developers.
- How do you handle translations for multiple languages simultaneously? Our app supports about 10 languages, and sometimes a small change in the source text (English) requires an update in all of them. Is there an efficient workflow for this in Localazy?
- Are there any best practices for managing large translation files over time? As we keep adding content, the translation files are getting quite large. I’m wondering if breaking them down into smaller components would help or if there’s a better approach.
I also check this: https://discuss.localazy.com/t/how-to-use-localazy-to-automate-translation-for-your-apsnowflake But I have not found any solution. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated! Also, if there are any Localazy features that you find particularly useful for scaling projects like this, I’d love to hear about them.
Thanks in advance for your help!
