Give access keys to reviewer roles

We have a team of 3 developers and 2 translators. In order to keep the audit log consistent en correct I want every developer to have his/her own access keys for use with the CLI.

Currently, only the “Owner” role has these keys, meaning I need to give this role to all our developers. I think it should be possible to have security clearance to up-/download the language files, without having clearance to manage the entire app, preferable connected to the “Reviewer” role.

This also applies to the ability to see/manage language files (great new feature by the way!).

We have developer role available, but it’s not possible to grant it through UI yet. The developer role is just like a translator but being able to use CLI (have their own read and write key).

@janbilek: Can we add it quickly? Everything is ready on the backend and it’s only about adding an additional option to the role selector.
