Don't attach language to app owner / allow contributor language changing

It seems that when I go ahead and accept some ShareTM or machine translations for a certain language, that language then becomes attached to me as a contributor to the project. I then receive pointless alerts such as “There are new phrases in Dutch, go and translate them!”

If I’m the app owner, uploading source files in English, I don’t need a language attached to me or notifications about new phrases. I don’t think accepting automatic translations should attach that language to the contributor, perhaps instead give us an option in the GUI to select which languages a contributor is responsible for?

Hello, we plan to add language management as well as improved language-based permissions soon.

I fully agree with your situation and this should be configurable.
