Delete source strings not present during Github Action upload

If we remove strings from the source JSON, they remain in Localazy, we’d like an option to automatically remove the strings that are not present in an upload from GitHub Actions.

You can enable the option to deprecate strings by setting deprecate to file or project in your configuration file.

Deprecated strings are then not downloaded and can be batch deleted from the UI.
